iFLEET implements AtWork's solution to manage human resource

AtWork Technologies, a leading human resource Internet Business Service provider for the mid-market, today announced that iFLEET, Inc., the leading provider of IT services to the commercial truck and automotive fleet marketplaces, will integrate core components of AtWork Online for the newly launched FleetJobs service, a Web-based recruiting and retention tool that will increase recruiter productivity and lower the total cost of candidate acquisition.

By utilizing AtWork Online as the foundation of the FleetJobs service, iFLEET will enable its customers to recruit more efficiently.

In addition, AtWork will enhance the management of iFLEET's own human resource operations, allowing iFLEET managers to efficiently track the entire lifecycle of each employee, from initial interest in employment through the progress of his or her career with the company. Every iFLEET employee will be able to log on to the system at any hour of the day from any location and self-manage individual benefits program choices and career-building opportunities.
