For the seventeenth consecutive year, The Peabody Orlando has won AAA's Four Diamond Award for the quality of the hotel, its services and facilities. In addition, in a separate category, Dux, the hotel's signature restaurant also received AAA's Four Diamond Award for the fifteenth consecutive year. This double AAA Four-Diamond rating means that both hotel and restaurant are outstanding in every way.

AAA's team of 65 full-time professional field inspectors visits more than 70,000 lodgings, campgrounds, restaurants and attractions every year. These inspectors conduct unannounced evaluations, assigning a rating of one to five diamonds to qualifying establishments in the United States, Canada and the Caribbean. The Peabody Orlando associates are ready at all times for the "white glove" inspection.
