CityRealty.com, New York City's residential real estate exchange, recently announced that its website reported unprecedented usage for the week starting Feb. 28.

This is particularly noteworthy considering that the extreme volatility in the stock markets has slowed the pace of sales and rentals in Manhattan. With the recent stock market downturn, CityRealty's services have proved to be invaluable to brokers who may now have greater difficulty finding pre-qualified buyers for their apartments.

For the week ending March 4, CityRealty.com was visited by more than unique 22,000 apartment buyers and renters. CityRealty.com has developed individual websites for more than 1,000 of New York's top apartment buildings. Each building's web page provides detailed information on the building, including detailed reviews, customized maps, color photos, pros and cons, ratings, links to peer buildings, and recent listing information.
