Asyst Technologies to Announce Results for First Quarter of Fiscal 2006 on August 4, 2005.


FREMONT, Calif. -- Asyst Technologies, Inc. (Nasdaq:ASYT) will announce financial results for its fiscal year 2006 first quarter (ended June 30, 2005) after the market closes on Thursday, August 4, 2005.

Company management will host a conference call at 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time to discuss the financial results.
