Asyst Technologies Announces Earnings Conference Call; August 4, 2004.


FREMONT, Calif. -- Asyst Technologies, Inc. (Nasdaq:ASYT) will announce financial results for its fiscal year 2005 first quarter (ended June 26, 2004) after the market closes on Wednesday, August 4, 2004.

Company management will host a conference call at 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time to discuss the financial results.
