Asymetrix Ships Four New Internet Publishing Solutions; ToolBook II line and WebPublisher bring innovative answers to the Net.


SEATTLE--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 30, 1996--Asymetrix Corp. today announced the shipment of four new products that the company believes will further strengthen its position as the leading producer of easy-to-use Internet Internet

Publicly accessible computer network connecting many smaller networks from around the world. It grew out of a U.S. Defense Department program called ARPANET (Advanced Research Projects Agency Network), established in 1969 with connections between computers at the

The company is now shipping the core components of the ToolBook II line, the Internet legacy of the highly successful Multimedia ToolBook line. The ToolBook II line is directed at instructional designers, multimedia producers, and corporate clients who need to use the Net to deploy information and training.
