In his new role, Doug Rippy, Vice President of Research and Development, will research and evaluate new technologies and oversee development. Bob Lichi joined Astute in 1996 as Vice President of Professional Services and has helped build Astute's impeccable track record for successful project implementations while also playing a key role in national account sales.
