In making the announcement the company noted that revenues, which reached a record for the nine months ended Dec. 31, 1994, represent a 56% increase over the previous quarter ended Sept. 30, 1994.

For the latest third quarter, revenues increased to $3,945,967, as compared to revenues of $3,609,690 for the prior third quarter. Net income for the latest third quarter was $27,076 compared to $75,836, or $0.01 per share, for the prior comparable period.

For the nine months ended Dec. 31, 1994, revenues rose to a record $9,799,002, up from $9,021,177 for the prior comparable period. During the latest nine months, Astro Sciences sustained a net loss of $941,166, or 17 cents per share Cents per share
