Begun in 1552, the present Classical-style Chatsworth House was rebuilt in 1686. , Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 27, 1995--Astro Sciences Corp.'s common stock will be listed on the Nasdaq SmallCap Market as AOSCC as of January 27, 1995.

While Astro Sciences Corp. failed to meet capital and surplus requirements as of Sept. 30, 1994, the company was granted a temporary exception from this standard subject to Astro Sciences Corp. meeting certain conditions. The company's capital and surplus currently exceeds the Nasdaq capital and surplus requirements as the result of the sale of common stock subsequent to Sept. 30, 1994. The company will demonstrate its compliance with its filing of the quarterly report on Form 10-QSB for the quarter ended Dec. 31, 1994. The company intends to file its quarterly report with the Securities and Exchange Commission by next Wednesday. Upon the company demonstrating its compliance, the company's Nasdaq symbol will revert reĀ·vert
