Should the company fail to negotiate a waiver of the covenant, the lender has the right to require repayment of all amounts outstanding or to cease further advances to the company under the line of credit. There can be no assurance that the company will be successful in negotiating a waiver with terms that are acceptable to the company. The company anticipates that any waiver granted by the lender will include a requirement that the company obtain additional capital from other sources. The company is currently evaluating other sources of capital, but there can be no assurance that the company will be able to obtain the additional capital necessary.
