Astor Place in final sales phase.


Astor Place, designed by Gwathmey Siegel & Associates, has entered a final phase of sales with immediate occupancy.

The new residential building, Gwathmey Siegel's first residential tower, is situated in the heart of the NoHo Historic district at 445 Lafayette Street and is over 70% sold.
