 is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. A. J. Henley as Seniot Vice President for Business Development.

Mr. Henley brings to the Company an extensive amount of experience in the area of Midicaid managed care. Most recently, Mr. Henley was Vice President of Business Development for AmeriChoice Corporation, the parent company of three Medicaid HMO's and on of the largest Medicaid providers in America.

In addition, Mr. Henley was formerly the CEO (1) (Chief Executive Officer) The highest individual in command of an organization. Typically the president of the company, the CEO reports to the Chairman of the Board.  and President of Health Management Alternatives, Inc. Philadelphia (HMA (High Memory Area) In PCs, the first 64K of extended memory from 1024K to 1088K, which can be accessed by DOS. It is managed by the HIMEM.SYS driver.
