LLC - Logical Link Control , St. Louis, MO, will open a new R & D facility in the St. Louis suburb of Webster Groves Webster Groves, city (1990 pop. 22,987), St. Louis co., E Mo., a residential suburb of St. Louis; inc. 1896. It is the seat of Webster College and Eden Theological Seminary. in November of this year. The new 10,000 square foot facility will provide Astaris with an independent R & D environment. The company has been sharing research and product development space with Solutia, one of its parent companies, in the same business complex where the new facility is being built. Astaris is a producer of phosphoric acid phosphoric acid, any one of three chemical compounds made up of phosphorus, oxygen, and hydrogen (see acids and bases). The most common, orthophosphoric acid, H3PO4, is usually simply called phosphoric acid. and phosphate salts. |
