Astar Electronics Introduces New Portable DVD Players; New Widescreen, LCD Panel Portable DVD Players are the Perfect Travel Companion.


BALDWIN PARK, Calif. -- Astar Electronics, a division of KXD Technology of Shenzhen, China, announced today the release of two sleek, new widescreen LCD panel portable DVD players, the PD 3010 and PD 3020, into the digital entertainment marketplace. Both digital devices are perfect travel companions, as they are easy to use, play a variety of formats and come with a custom fit travel bag to conveniently secure the DVD player, battery and accessories.

The Astar PD 3010 and PD 3020 are top loading, widescreen LCD portable DVD players with 6.5" and 7.0" diagonal screens, respectively. Power is supplied through the AC adapter, DC Car adapter or via a rechargeable battery pack. Both devices also include a full function remote control and AV cables that allow connection to a TV via the composite input. Playback formats include DVD DVD: see digital versatile disc.
