Kim Lee and Michael Cruz Set to Build Relationships with the Merchant Community for the Leading Customer Satisfaction Guarantee Provider

Ms. Lee has had a long history of serving the leading on-line retail merchants and is expected to build Assurz' relationships with medium to large online retail merchants across the US. Most recently Lee worked for The Royal Bank of Scotland, the world's third largest bank, in their international merchant processing division. Previously, she worked for Chase Paymentech Solutions, the world's largest retail payment processing company and a joint venture of JP Morgan Chase & Co. and First Data Corp. During her 10 years in the payment processing sector Lee was a top performer selling to the Electronic Retail Industry.

In his new role, Mr. Cruz will manage the day-to-day account service needs of the merchant customers of Assurz from service implementation to post launch support. Prior to joining Assurz, Cruz spent three years at credit card transaction processing company Digital Financial Group where he was director of business development. He previously served as director of product development for Inovant, a subsidiary of Visa and the world's largest consumer payment processor. Additionally, he also held senior project management, relationship management and implementation positions at Trintech and Visa USA.
