HAMILTON, Bermuda -- Assured Guaranty Ltd. (NYSE:AGO) today declared a regular quarterly dividend of U.S. $0.035 per common share. The dividend is payable on September 19, 2006 to shareholders of record at the close of business on August 17, 2006.
