MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 7, 1996--AssureNet Pathways, Inc. (formerly Digital Pathways), today announced that it has teamed with Check Point Software Technologies, Ltd., to deliver enhanced authentication capabilities with the Check Point FireWall-1 3.0, also announced today.

The Check Point FireWall-1 3.0, working in conjunction with AssureNets Defender Security Server and SecureNet Keys, enhances network security by providing two-factor authentication of remote users accessing the network through the firewall.
