Assurant Health[R] Teams with USAA to Provide Individual Medical Insurance.

MILWAUKEE -- Assurant Health([R]), a leading national provider of individual medical, small group and specialty health insurance products, has formed a marketing alliance with USAA to be the exclusive provider of individual medical insurance to its more than 7.3 million members over the next four years.

USAA is a leading provider of financial planning, insurance, investments and banking products to members of the U.S. military and their families. Effective November 18, 2009, USAA will refer its members to Assurant Health individual medical insurance products in the 45 states in which Assurant Health does business.
