She says that in a launch she was working on, they offered an e-mail newsletter targeted to webmasters. At the last minute, they added the option of a print version.
Ninety-six percent signed up for the print version--even though it cost $100 more than the e-mail version. And these are webmasters. Apparently, they want a break from reading their monitors.
