The Association of Equipment Manufacturers elects Ronald DeFeo, chairman and CEO of Terex Corp., as chairman. Charles Stamp, vice president of public affairs worldwide for Deere & Co., is elected first vice chairman, and Gerald Shaheen, group president of Caterpillar Inc., will serve as second vice chairman.
