Association for Corporate Growth Names New President and Directors.

CHICAGO -- The Association for Corporate Growth (ACG), the premier professional organization focused on corporate growth, corporate development, and mergers and acquisitions, announced today that Peter L. Coffey, who is a member of ACG Wisconsin, and a Partner at Michael Best & Friedrich in Milwaukee, has been elected ACG President. The term is for one year. In addition, ACG has named five new Directors.

"I am very pleased to be elected President of ACG," said Coffey, who at Michael Best & Friedrich specializes in the financing, acquisition and sale of businesses, and who chaired the 2002 ACG InterGrowth(R) Conference and served as President of ACG Wisconsin. "I hope to build upon the association's strong growth, and to offer additional benefits to corporate growth and dealmaking professionals in our 46 chapters in the U.S. and abroad. It's an honor to work with the committed professionals on our Board and throughout the organization."
