Association Releases Guide To Plastics Manufacturing.


The Inland Marine Underwriters Association's technical committee on manufacturers and dealers has issued a report for underwriters dealing with the risks of manufacturing plastics.

The report, "An Underwriting Underwriting

1. The process by which investment bankers raise investment capital from investors on behalf of corporations and governments that are issuing securities (both equity and debt).

2. The process of issuing insurance policies.
 Guide to Plastic Manufacturing," provides an overview of the plastics manufacturing industry dividing plastics production into various categories. The report includes storage exposures, fire protection and proper sprinkler systems.
