Associated Northcliffe Digital Increases Accipiter AdManager Licence to Support Online Ad Growth; Licence and Version Upgrade Helps Support Expanded Digital Network and New Advertising Opportunities.


LONDON & RALEIGH, N.C. -- Accipiter Solutions, Inc., an online advertising technology innovator since 1996, today announced that Associated Northcliffe Digital Associated Northcliffe Digital ("AND") is the digital publishing arm of Associated Newspapers and Northcliffe Newspapers Group, part of the Daily Mail and General Trust. It was formed in mid-2006 from Associated New Media, Associated New Ventures and Northcliffe Electronic  (AN Digital) has upgraded its Accipiter AdManager contract in order to be able serve over one billion ads per month. The AN Digital network, which brings together sites including DailyMail.co.uk, Metro.co.uk ThisisLondon.co.uk, ThisisDerby.co.uk, ThisisMoney.co.uk and Pocado.com, now reaches an estimated 26% of all UK internet users, a total of 7 million unique users - every month.

As part of the licence upgrade AN Digital has also migrated to the latest version of Accipiter's ad management technology, AdManager 8, which offers advertisers increased targeting opportunities. For example, AN Digital plans to leverage AdManager's GeoTargeting capabilities to deliver more geographically-relevant advertisements to each site visitor. Upgraded performance tools will also facilitate greater campaign scrutiny and the best possible advertising results.
