("Jefferies") as a financial advisor to explore restructuring the Company's obligations to both its convertible debenture Convertible Debenture

Any type of debenture that can be converted into some other security.

Notes:
For example, a convertible bond can be converted into stock.
 holders and the lessors of certain under-performing leases.

The Company and Jefferies intend to initiate discussions with these debenture holders and lessors in the near future. There is no assurance that the Company will be successful in restructuring its obligations.
