Responsibilities: Responsibilities include advising undergraduate and graduate majors, guiding student research projects, providing service to the University and professional organizations, and teaching courses at the undergraduate and/or graduate level. Teaching areas will include: food sanitation, toxicology, introduction to environmental health and other selected courses that may include epidemiology, environmental law, research methodology, or occupational safety management. Qualifications: A doctorate is preferred, however, completion of the doctorate by December 1, 2001 is required for re-appointment to the second year.
