Asset Management Consultants Acquires Mission Hills Property.

MISSION HILLS, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 16, 1999--

Asset Management Consultants Inc. (AMC) has acquired the Blackhawk Building, a 30,000 square foot office facility in Mission Hills, adding this to its growing portfolio of investment properties.

Located at 15545 Devonshire St., Blackhawk was purchased for $3.725 million, and closed on Dec. 14, 1999. AMC represented itself in the transaction.

With headquarters in Mission Hills and offices in Orange County and San Bernardino County, AMC specializes in pooling investor, broker and capital resources to acquire income-producing real estate and non-performing notes in the $500,000-$15 million range.

With a history dating back to 1983, AMC staff and affiliates reflect more than 100 years of in-depth commercial real estate experience and have closed more than $30 million in real estate acquisitions to date in 1999.
