A Walgreens project is in motion after a seven-part assembly deal totaling $2.93 million.

The biggest piece of the puzzle involved Walgreen Co. of Deerfield, Ill., buying the Economy Inn at 3901 W. Markham St. in a $1.69 million bankruptcy court bankruptcy court n. the specialized Federal court in which bankruptcy matters under the Federal Bankruptcy Act are conducted. There are several bankruptcy courts in each state, and each one's territory covers several counties.  sale. The seller is Neshco Corp., led by Bhulabhai Patel.

The 0.6-acre development previously was tied to an October 2003 mortgage of $453,750 held by Interbay Funding LLC (Logical Link Control) See "LANs" under data link protocol.

Walgreen Co. also purchased adjoining properties covering nearly 1.1 acres:

* A 1,809-SF house at 108 S. Pine St. for $282,000 from the Joe F. Desalvo & Dorothy J. Desalvo Revocable Trust Revocable Trust

A trust whereby provisions can be altered or cancelled dependent on the grantor. During the life of the trust, income earned is distributed to the grantor, and only after death does property transfer to the beneficiaries.

* A 1,525-SF house at 109 S. Cedar St. for $265,000 from Robert Nathan Robert Gruntal Nathan (January 2, 1894–May 25, 1985) was an American novelist and poet.

Nathan was born into a prominent New York family. He was educated in the United States and Switzerland' and attended Harvard University for several years beginning in 1912.
 Jr., acquired for $56,000 in February 1998 from Jonathan and Julia Foy.

* A 1,257-SF house at 120 S. Pine St. and an adjoining lot for $209,000 from the Virgie Mae Loveless Revocable Trust, purchased as part of two transactions with Georgia Polychron, $59,000 in July 1983 and $44,000 in February 1983.

* A 1,290-SF house at 112 S. Pine St. for $188,000 from Marjorie Culpepper and the estate of William Gordon William Gordon may refer to:
