* THEFT - Almondbury, July 6. Man walking in street when suspect bumped into him and stole money from his back pocket. Victim fell to ground. Suspect: black male, approximately 6ft tall, short cropped hair about 20 to 25 years old and was wearing light blue denim jeans and cream T-shirt with blue motif on front. Clayton West, July 3. Victim preoccupied with her young grand-daughter. Suspect stole cash from handbag over her shoulder.

* BURGLARY -Almondbury, July 2. Laptop, mobile phone and digital camera stolen. Fenay Bridge, July 1. Suspect climbed up ladder and got into house through open upstairs window and stole electrical goods and jewellery. Kirkburton, June 26. Intruder got in through unlocked front ground floor window and stole mobile phone, TV, cigs, cash and figurine. Kirkburton, June 27. Handbag/content stolen. Kirkburton, June 27. Ground floor kitchen window smashed, catch released and suspect climbed through to steal rucksack - recovered nearby. Denby Dale, July 4. Shed lock off snapped off and lawnmower stolen. Hedge clippers removed but left just outside shed. Flockton Moor, July 4. Intruder got into unlocked shed and stole petrol lawnmower, hedge trimmer and tools. Utility Supplies Ltd, Park Mill Way, Clayton West, July 2. Two holes smashed in the breeze block building skin. Intruder got in through holes and removed scrap. * ATTEMPTED BURGLARY Almondbury, July 6. Side panel removed from non integral garage in attempt to get inside. Orchid Designs, Park Mill Way, Clayton West, July 2. Hole smashed in rear breeze block wall of premises but suspect did not get in.
