 production unit in Suzhou Suzhou, Soochow (both: s`jō`), or Wuxian (w , China. It is the Suzhou plant's third unit. Production is estimated to start in the summer of 2006 and reach full capacity by the end of 2006. The unit is estimated to employ approximately 500 people. The estimated cost of the investment is 40 million euros, funded by ACPE's liquid funds, company cash flow, local sources of financing and owner financing. ACPE's other primary owner is the Taiwanese PCB company Chin-Poon.
