The deaf, hard of hearing and speech-impaired communities were previously excluded from using standard mobile phones despite their tremendous need for aids which would help them to communicate. The value of the order amounts to at least 710 000 euro over a time period of five years. The service will be commercially available on the Danish market from November 15 this year.
