Aspen Publishers (New York), a unit of Wolters Kluwer, has begun the publication of Insights: Corporate and Securities Law Advisor newsletter. Aspen said the newsletter covers substantive law substantive law n. law which establishes principles and creates and defines rights limitations under which society is governed, as differentiated from "procedural law," which sets the rules and methods employed to obtain one's rights and, in particular, how the courts are conducted. (See: procedure) developments in corporate and securities law on the state, national and international levels with analysis and commentary on transactions, office practice, court decisions, and "behind-the-scenes" SEC and regulatory development. An annual subscription to the monthly periodical costs $495.
