Aspen Marketing Services Appoints Cathy Lang to Chief Operating Officer.

CHICAGO -- Aspen Marketing Services, the nation's largest privately-held marketing services agency, today announced the promotion of Cathy Lang to Chief Operating Officer. Lang has served as the company's Chief Marketing Officer for the past five years.

In her new role, Lang will lead the daily operations of Aspen's growing network of offices and capabilities as well as oversee the company's new business efforts. She will continue to report to Patrick O'Rahilly, Chief Executive Officer of Aspen and serve on the firm's Board of Directors.

Lang has more than 16 years of client and agency experience across a broad set of industries, including telecommunications, retail, nonprofit and e-commerce.

Lang holds a B.S. degree in Marketing from Purdue University and a M.B.A. from Loyola University. She lives in St. Charles, Illinois with her husband and three children.
