Aspen Healthcare Metrics Announces Internal Promotion and Addition of Consultant.

Aspen Healthcare Metrics announced today the promotion of David Reed to vice president effective January 1, 2004. Reed has been with Aspen for eight years serving as a director. In addition to new management responsibilities, he will continue to serve the needs of clients in a consulting role.

Reed has more than 18 years of healthcare consulting experience with an emphasis in hospital clinical program enhancement. He has facilitated clinical cost reduction and quality improvement initiatives with more than 250 hospitals across the country. Prior to joining Aspen Healthcare Metrics, Reed served as vice president of Orthopaedic and Neuroscience Services at LBA Healthcare Management.

Additionally, Aspen Healthcare Metrics is pleased to announce the addition of Chad Rodine to the consulting team in the position of manager. Rodine has more than seven years of experience in healthcare capital equipment management, most recently serving as vice president of Equipment Management and Technology Solutions. Rodine will work directly with Aspen clients nationwide in managing total procurement solutions for physician preference items.
