:AHL BH) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of US$0.15 per ordinary share. The payment of the dividend will be made on December 29, 2006 to shareholders of record at close of trading on December 19, 2006.

The Company's Board of Directors declared a dividend on the Perpetual Preferred Income Equity Replacement Securities ("Perpetual PIERS") of US$0.703125 per Perpetual PIER, payable on January 1, 2007 to the holders of record as of the close of business on December 15, 2006.

The Company's Board of Directors declared a dividend on the Perpetual Non-Cumulative Preference Shares ("Perpetual Preference Shares") of US$0.238251 per Perpetual Preference Share, payable on January 1, 2007 to the holders of record as of the close of business on December 15, 2006.
