:AHL BH) today announced that its Board of Directors on May 25, 2006 declared a quarterly cash dividend of US$0.15 per ordinary share. The payment of the dividend will be made on June 21, 2006 to shareholders of record at close of trading on June 9, 2006.

The Company's Board of Directors also declared a dividend on the Perpetual Preferred Income Equity Replacement Securities ("Perpetual PIERS") of US$0.703125 per Perpetual PIER, payable on July 1, 2006 to the holders of record as of the close of business on June 15, 2006.
