Aspect releases version 4.0 of Web Interaction. (New Products).


Aspect Communications Corporation, a provider of business communications solutions, has announced the general availability of version 4.0 of Aspect Web Interaction, a Web collaboration application for contact centers that was designed to make it easy for customers to interact online with sales and service representatives. Aspect Web Interaction version 4.0 aims to reduce the

number of abandoned transactions by letting representatives offer consumers assistance in completing online purchases.
