Aspect Medical Systems Announces Resignation of Richard J. Meelia from Board of Directors.

NEWTON, Mass. -- Aspect Medical Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: ASPM) today announced the resignation of Richard J. Meelia from its board of directors, effective immediately. Meelia has served as president of Tyco Healthcare since 1995 and is resigning from Aspect's board due to a potential business conflict of interest.
