This powerful suite of open, standards-based computer-telephony integration (CTI) tools enables businesses to develop integrated call center solutions that support CTI interfaces to Lucent, Nortel, Rockwell and Aspect(R) automatic call distributors (ACDs). The Prospect CTI System offers simple, cost-effective application development and implementation, utilizing point-and-click, drag-and-drop interfaces and ready-to-use sample applications.

The Prospect CTI System enables transparent communication between different brands of ACDs. Aspect offers simultaneous support for the native application interfaces that are unique to each ACD (Automatic Call Distributor) A computerized phone system that responds to the caller with a voice menu and connects the call to the appropriate agent. It can also distribute calls equally to agents.  and a single interface, supporting the open Versit standard, that encompasses the functionality common to all ACDs. This combination of vendor-specific interfaces and an industry-standard interface allows customers to create applications that are transportable across multiple ACDs and that take advantage of each system's unique characteristics.
