The new graphical UI is icon-based, making it easier for customers to navigate and select their category of information. The handheld application also features AskMeNow's proprietary AskMeAnything feature, supported through the Company's research center in Asia. AskMeAnything allows you to ask virtually any question and receive a specific answer in moments. The AskMeAnything feature is coupled with the addition of new content, which provides customers with their choice of more than 12 categories, including Weather, Stock Quotes, 411, Sports Scores, Movie Directory, Directions, Flights, Horoscopes, News, Hotel Directory, and the Daily feature with Joke/Word/Quote of the day.

AskMeNow for BlackBerry is automatically provided to any customer who registers for the service at http://www.askmenow.com. If you are an existing customer and wish to upgrade, you may simply download the new application at the AskMeNow website by clicking the User Log-in link on the home page and selecting 'My Profile'. Then choose to 'Download Software' through the Application Web Loader or 'Send the Application to Device' through an over-the-air provisioning link.
