AskMeNow Gains 10,000 New Subscribers From Spring Youth Marketing Promotions.

IRVINE, Calif. -- AskMeNow, a wholly owned subsidiary of Ocean West Holding Corporation (OTCBB:OWHC OWHC - Organisation of World Heritage Cities), has successfully completed a mix of spring promotional campaigns resulting in approximately 10,000 new subscribers to the AskMeNow service.

A key portion of the campaign was AskMeNow's sponsorship of the Consumer Electronics Association's (CEA) annual TechKnowOverload (TKO) College Tour (http://www.tkotour.com), which kicked off during Spring Break at Panama City, FL and then traveled to 15 major universities from March to mid-May. The Spring Break launch included daily events on the beach and a unique nightly "Happy Hour" giveaway at the popular Coyote Ugly Saloon. The college tour spanned across seven states and included full out-door events in highly visible locations.

AskMeNow also was a sponsor of the hit rock band Hawthorne Heights (#7 on Billboard Modern Rock Chart) as it toured nationwide from March-June with the highly popular bands Fall-Out Boy and All-American Rejects. The promotion included an on-stage segment that interacted fans with the AskMeNow service, as well as an online component on the band's multiple web properties.

Additionally, AskMeNow helped with the launch of the teen oriented advice website http://www.GirlsGuideTo.com. Access to the AskMeNow service was given away to VIP attendees at the website's launch party at The Day After nightclub in Hollywood, CA and a follow-up online promotional campaign will launch on the site in coming weeks.

"It's really great for us to make such strong headway into the youth market," said AskMeNow CEO Darryl Cohen. "The youth are doing a lion-share of the text messaging in the US and are likely to be a large portion of our client base."

AskMeNow continues to plan other innovative marketing campaigns throughout the summer, which are expected to increase both subscriber and usage numbers.
