DAYTON, Ohio--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 15, 1995--Small business owners can find answers to all those tough start-up questions and business problems from a noted small business expert on the LEXIS-NEXIS Small Business Service on the Internet World Wide Web. Paul Tulenko, president of the Paul Tulenko Institute in Albuquerque, writes a syndicated, small business column for Scripps Howard Newspapers, hosts radio talk shows on the topic and conducts workshops in addition to providing online help in the "Ask the Expert" Forum on the LEXIS-NEXIS Small Business Service.
