First record you bought? Kylie and Jason -Especially For You.I remember writing out the lyrics on a sheet of paper, so I could memorise them.

Who is your inspiration? My mother. She has cancer but is not letting it affect her life. She is truly amazing - a wonder woman.

Worst or most embarrassing record in your collection? Agadoo by Black Lace

Tip for who to look out for in the future? Glaswegian band El Presidente. They have been dubbed the Scottish Scissor Sisters.

Favourite place to go out or play at in Birmingham? I love Reflex. The 80s songs played are fantastic.

Last book you read? Dan Brown's Da Vinci Code

Last TV programme or film that impressed you? You have to watch the movie, Saw, with Danny Glover. I love it because it's gory.

Who would you give your last Rolo? Nicky from Westlife. I'm a bit besotted with him.
