Under the Alberta provincial charter, Asia Wireless will be stated as a wholly owned subsidiary Wholly Owned Subsidiary

A subsidiary whose parent company owns 100% of its common stock.

LeeChuy is CEO of Global Enterprise Systems Support Group, Global specializes in Networks and Connectivity. He holds an engineering degree from Siliman University, Philippines. LeeChuy brings over 20 years experience in Wireless Communications. He has been very effective in Networking Connectivity in all Environments.

Quan is General Manager of Nanjing Orient Railway Communication Equipment Co. Ltd. (NORCEL), a communications company of the Ministry of Railway. Quan has over ten years experience in the Wireless Communication Industry in The Peoples Republic of China (PRC).
