BB: API), whereby NCL will become a wholly owned subsidiary Wholly Owned Subsidiary A subsidiary whose parent company owns 100% of its common stock. Established in 1995, NCL is a Thai real estate developer, specializing in building and operating gated residential communities with international schools. The company owns 14 houses in the Burapha Estate, near Pattaya, Thailand and manages the International School of the Eastern Seaboard, with nearly 330 students, which it owns jointly with Burapha. It also has interest in an additional 23 houses on the estate. In 1997, NCL established its operations in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, and now owns 58 hectares of land. The company plans to build about 200 apartments and 240 houses, partly for sale and partly for lease.
