 PINK SHEET: ASPZ) announced today it has retained Bankers Mortgage Realty Advisors, and MacElhenny & Gaggs Syndicate, both of Santa Barbara Santa Barbara (săn'tə bär`brə, –bərə), city (1990 pop. 85,571), seat of Santa Barbara co., S Calif., on the Pacific Ocean; inc. 1850. , Ca., to aid the Company in its efforts to fund API's acquisition program.

API has been established as a publicly traded U.S. corporation to invest in Thailand prime quality real estate at the bottom of the country's economic cycle and benefit from the impending im·pend

API's common stock began trading on January 25, 1999. The price per share has increased from $.75 per share on opening day to $4.25 per share on February 10, 1999.
