)(FRANKFURT:APQ) announces that, following approval of the Stock Option Plan by shareholders at the AGM AGM annual general meeting

 on June 28, 2002 it has granted a total of 19,424,500 stock options to certain directors and employees from its stock option plan. The two directors from Olympus Capital Holdings Asia are not beneficiaries of this or any option grant. The stock options vest over a period of three years and expire five years from the date of grant. The exercise price is $0.09 per common share for options vested in the first year and increases by 10% per year thereafter.

The Company has 442,225,002 common shares outstanding and including the above stock options, 533,134,767 common shares on a fully diluted basis.
