:APQCF) was informed on January 16, 2001, that, effective at the open of business January 17, 2001, its shares have ceased trading on the Nasdaq Small Cap Market.

The Company had failed to maintain a minimum bid price of $1.00 U.S. over 30 consecutive trading days In Business, the trading day is the time span that a particular stock exchange is open. For example, the New York Stock Exchange is, as of 2006, open from 09:30AM to 4:00PM. Trading days never take place on weekends.  as required by Nasdaq's Rules. The Company's shares will continue to trade on the Toronto, Stuttgart and Frankfurt Stock Exchanges Frankfurt Stock Exchange

As of January 17, 2001, the Company's shares are being quoted on the Over the Counter Bulletin Board (OTCBB) under the symbol APQCF. The Company will continue to make all the required regulatory filings to federal and state authorities in the U.S., ensuring its common shares continue to be available to U.S. investors.
