The completion of a one-year, or 12-month, accounting period.

Notes:
The reason that a company's fiscal year often differs from the calendar year and does not close on Dec 31, is due to the nature of company's needs.
 from February 28 to December 31, effective December 31, 2002. This change has been made to align the Company's financial reporting dates with those of other industry participants.

Audited financial results will be issued for the ten months ending December 31, 2002 by no later than May 20, 2003.
