Asia Electronics Holding Co. Inc. Completes Initial Public Offering of Common Stock.


XIANYANG, China--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 25, 1997--Asia Electronics Holding Co. Inc. ("the company") (Nasdaq NM Symbol: AEHCF) today announced that it has priced an initial public offering of 4.6 million shares of Common Stock at $8.00 per share. The company had filed to sell 4.0 million shares of Common Stock between $6.50 and $8.50 per share. Barington Capital Group, L.P. and Value Investing Value Investing
