Amongst the twelve Muntons employees was Ashley Prime, one of Muntons malt extract production operatives, who commented, "The course gave me a different view of what I was doing--it made me see the job quite differently." The other candidates, who all felt that they benefited from the breadth and depth of training offered by this work-based course, echoed this sentiment.
